We have received your claim and you will receive an email confirmation regarding your claim submission. We appreciate your patience as each claim will be manually validated to ensure we match your proof of purchase, serial numbers, qualifying WD Red products to the correct value amount of the eGift Card.

We will start validating claims after April 7 2025 when the promotion ends and will begin to issue Karta eGift Cards to qualified claims from April 21 2025 to May 21 2025.
