We have received your claim and you will receive an email confirmation regarding your claim submission. We appreciate your patience as each claim will be manually validated to ensure we match your proof of purchase, serial numbers, qualifying WD Red products to the correct value amount of the eGift Card.

We will start validating claims after October 13 2025 and will begin to issue Karta eGift Cards to qualified claims from October 27 2025 to November 10 2025.
